The Surface Improvement Pad (SIP Pad) is a surface enhancement pad to gain extra adhesion for the Blue Cut or Budget pads. Should you have a particularly challenging lens to cut, simply stick the SIP Pad to the lens you are about to edge and use in conjunction with the Blue Cut pads in the normal way. This will give you the extra adhesion that you may need for your challenging lenses. By using this SIP Pad in conjunction with a Blue Cut or Budget pad, you should be able to cover almost all your edging lenses.
